In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers residing in the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or incur penalties.
Exceptions: In accordance with article L.221-28 of the same code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to the customer's specifications, such as certain custom-made prints, special frames or creations made at the customer's express request.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact us by e-mail at the following address:[cellandart.contact@gmail.com], stating your name, order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return.
1. Prepare the package carefully: the product must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that guarantees adequate protection during transport. 2. Send the product to the address you will receive by return e-mail. 3. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part. 4. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and insurance, to protect yourself against loss or damage in transit.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCT
Returned products must meet the following conditions: Be in perfect condition Be complete, including all accessories, protections, packaging elements and, where applicable, any certificate of authenticity supplied Be unused, undamaged and free from any trace of wear, soiling or damage.
Any returned item that does not meet these criteria (damaged, incomplete, used or soiled product) will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, the product may be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense, if requested.
4. REFUND
Once the returned product has been received and checked, the following steps will be applied:A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you notifying you of the correct receipt of the return and its compliant condition.
A full refund of the product price will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. ⚠️ Initial delivery costs as well as return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded, except in the case of an error attributable to Cellandart. Refunds will be made via the same means of payment used at the time of ordering, unless the customer expressly requests otherwise and Cellandart's prior agreement.
5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PREPARATION ERROR
In the event of receipt of a damaged or defective product or one that does not conform to the order, the customer is invited to contact Cellandart within 72 hours of delivery, by sending an e-mail to cellandart.contact@gmail.comwith the following information:
The order number, clear photographs of the product concerned and its original packaging. After verification, and depending on your choice as well as stock availability, an exchange, credit note or refund will be offered. In this case, return and reshipment costs will be fully covered by Cellandart.
6. RETURN ADDRESS
Thereturn address will be communicated to you by e-mail, depending on the type of product ordered and its place of manufacture or shipment (local printing, international, etc.).
⚠️ No returns may be made without prior agreement from Cellandart. Any package returned without authorization may be refused or not be reimbursed.
