General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. VENDOR IDENTIFICATION

2. PRODUCT FEATURES 

The products offered for sale on the www.cell-and-art.com website are visual works resulting from scientific research, reproduced in the form of printed paintings, framed or unframed, as well as other derived artistic media.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description mentioning its essential characteristics: visual, format, type of printing, materials used, framing, and, where applicable, the existence of additional digital content (e.g. QR code leading to scientific explanations).

The photographs and visuals presented on the site are as faithful as possible, but cannot ensure a perfectly accurate reproduction of colors and textures, notably due to differences in display between screens.
Consequently, minor variations in appearance between the visual displayed and the product delivered cannot be considered as defects and will not give rise to a complaint.

3. PRICE 

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclude delivery charges.
Cellandart reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the applicable price is that in force at the time the order is validated by the customer.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and shipping method chosen. They are clearly specified before the order is confirmed, and are added to the total amount to be paid.

4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

The customer places an order on the www.cell-and-art.com website by following the process below:

1. Select the desired product(s) and add to cart
2. Validation of the
basket 3. Enter delivery and billing information
4. Choice of delivery method and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
5. Secure payment of the order.

The order is considered firm and definitive once payment has been confirmed.

A confirmation e-mail, summarizing the details of the order, is then sent to the customer. Cellandart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event of an abnormal order, bad faith, payment incident or previous dispute with the customer.

5. PAYMENT 

Payment for orders is made in cash, at the time of validation, by credit card via the Stripe secure payment platform.
Cellandart does not collect or store any customer bank details.

All transactions are processed directly by the payment service provider, in compliance with current security standards. An invoice can be sent electronically at the customer's request.

6. DELIVERY 

Products are delivered to the delivery address given by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to destination, availability or the specific nature of the product ordered.

Metropolitan France: between 3 and 5 working days
European Union: between 3 and 7 working days
Rest of the world: between 7 and 15 working days.

Cellandart undertakes to inform the customer in the event of any significant delay. However, the company cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or to circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of loss, damaged parcel or damage noted on delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to make the necessary reservations with the carrier within 3 working days, and also to inform Cellandart within the same period, in order to allow the opening of a possible claim.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
Any request for retraction must be sent by e-mail to the following address cellandart.contact@gmail.com ..
The product must be returned, at the customer's expense, in its original, unused condition and in its complete packaging, to the address to be communicated by Cellandart.

The returned product will be reimbursed within 14 days of Cellandart's effective receipt of the product, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

‍Exceptions: In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to customer specifications.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute concerning their validity, interpretation or execution, and in the absence of an amicable settlement between the parties, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Cellandart, in accordance with the rules of common law.

This clause applies subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the legislation of the customer's country of residence, when the customer is acting as a consumer.
